About Us:
The Delaware Center for Musculoskeletal Research (DCMR) – Multiscale Assessments Research Core (DCMR Research Core) is a newly established multi-user facility at the University of Delaware that houses state-of-the-art equipment to apply and assess physical cues and biological signals in musculoskeletal and other systems. The DCMR Research Core provides services, expertise and training in the areas of:
- Preclinical Model Development
- Multimodal Intravital Imaging
- Mechanical Testing and Measurement
- Histology
While the Research Core specializes in musculoskeletal systems, it also addresses the broad needs of life science researchers at the University of Delaware and partner academic institutes, non-profit organizations and the industrial research community. The DCMR Research Core is open to all academic researchers and industrial clients on a fee-for-service basis.
